A wonderfully soft oversized blanket scarf, handwoven by Maggie MacLean at Westcoast Weavers, in merino lambswool. (mulesing free) Use it either as an oversized scarf or wrap to keep out the winter chill or to snuggle into on your favourite fireside chair.

It is woven in deep teals and turquoises with a splash of silvery white in both the warp and the weft. The wave design is inspired by the patterns in the Minch - which is the name given to the sea that separates the Outer Hebrides from Skye and the mainland of north-west Scotland.

The two short edges are both hemstitched by hand and the long edges have selvedges, rather than a cut edge.

It measures approximately 70cm x 195cm (including the fringe)
