Returns
We understand that no matter how much you liked the product online, it may not be quite what you expected or wanted and we understand that.
Please let us know by email within 7 working days of receiving the item if you would like to return it. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 working days. As our items are often unique or supply is limited please let us know as soon as possible and we can let someone else know it is available. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged by you we will not provide a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to pay for postage to return the item. Bespoke or personalised goods cannot be returned unless damaged.
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, please let us know by email or by phone within 7 working days. The damaged item should be returned for our inspection within 7 working days of you receiving the item. Under no circumstances must goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and investigated.
Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.
We strongly advise you to obtain a free 'certificate of posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you may wish to send the goods 'recorded delivery' but we regret we cannot refund this charge. Delivery and shipping costs will only be refunded on damaged goods.
If you are returning goods, please include your contact details. If it is to be shipped internationally, please mark the parcel 'Returned Goods', to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you have returned an additional payment is needed.
For packages that are not collected at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
