Shipping & Returns

If the item is in stock, we aim to ship all our orders received via our online shop within 5 working days. However, many of our items are handmade to order and will therefore have a longer lead time. We will contact you to confirm your order and advise you of an approximate lead time for these items.

During exceptionally busy periods eg. the run up to Christmas, you should allow extra time for delivery, but please let us know if something is required for a specific date and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Orders placed in the UK are posted via Royal Mail and are sent 'signed for'. You will be required to provide a signature on delivery.

Post and packaging is £5.95 for items posted to a UK address.

Overseas shipping.

Our online shop at present is set up to accept orders from some countries overseas. However, if you are overseas and you don't see your country listed and would like to place an order, please contact us via email and we can advise you of the shipping price.
