This online shop is operated by Westcoast Weavers, references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' are references to Westcoast Weavers. References to 'you' and 'your' are defences to persons placing an order via this website.

By placing an order with Westcoast Weavers you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms please contact us prior to placing an order. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.
Personal Information and Privacy.
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. The information you provide is only available to Westcoast Weavers. We will not release your name, address, telephone number, email address or any other information to any outside party. We will not trade, resell or redistribute information that you provide to us to any other companies, organisations or individuals. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request us to delete or correct the information held about you.
Force Majeure.
Events outside our control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that we are released from obligations to fulfil our contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans etc.
Payment.
All prices quoted are correct and are given in pounds sterling (£). All products remain our property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming your purchase.
We accept online payment in a secure environment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Solo. All transfers conducted through us are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Taxes.
Currently Westcoast Weavers is not registered for VAT.
Cookies.
Westcoast Weavers online shop uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: 'Session Cookies' and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.
'Session Cookies' - during the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A session cookie is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use our online shop without trouble you need to have cookies enabled.
The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On our online shop we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.
Your right to cancel.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, unless it is a bespoke item. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payment made by you will be refunded within 14 working days.
Additional Information.
All the items featured in our online shop are hand made and are available as either one off items or as limited runs. Every item is hand made and will have subtle differences. Please bear in mind that no two products can always be exactly the same. There will be slight variations between items bought and those featured in photographs in our online shop.
Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. We shall notify you of equivalent replacement products if available.
